Order still processing

I placed an order and paid the R35 delivery for the express store as I need the order before the 3rd June ,I placed it yesterday the 24th but it still shows processing, this is the second time I choose that delivery option n the first time the order said processing for about 3 days until I contacted you only to find out there is a system error. Please check on this as I cannot receive the order later than the 3rd this is why I paid for the express store delivery ,order number is ********** 63944
