Order still not received

I placed an order on the 22 April 2019 and I paid R35 to have the order ready to be collected within 2 to 3 days. But the problem started when I didn’t receive my order and no explaining was given . I lodged a complaint Witt mr price customer care to find out what was happening with my order. But they couldn’t tell me where my order was , instead I was told that my order would be arrive anyway on the week of 29 April to 05 April 19. This would make the order to be 2 weeks late. I paid for the order to arrive on time. And I don’t even get a good enough explaining from mr price. This service is appalling and totally unacceptable.
