Order 'processing' after 7 days
<p>I placed an order and paid for it on 18/12/2016 ( ********** 52950). Your site indicated that for an order to be received by 25/12/2016 the order needed to be placed by 18/12/2016. Even though I placed my order in time and it has been 7 days I have yet to receive my goods. The progress on my order history simply shows 'processing'. Why is this? When will my order be delivered? </p>
