Order placed on mr price website not received

I placed an order on the 3rd of February and received confirmation that my order was shipped on the 4th of February. To date I have not received my order and no one can assist me. I have tried to call the customer care number but can't get through. I have sent emails to query where my order is but no reply. I don't know what else to do to either get my order or have it canceled and have my account credited back
