Order paid, but no goods received

I purchased goods as usual online through Mr Price, however this time the payment rules had changed so I decided to do an EFT transfer. The payment was successful, however it never reflected on my order status, until my order was even cancelled. The order number and everything was correct, but now it seems IMPOSSIBLE for me to get my money back! The people in store are clueless about solving such issues (after going to different Mr P stores). I sent a query and its been over a month now and its very irritating to have to wait so long just to get assistance on this.
