My order is over a week late and when I call the agents, Mbali leaves me unattended for over 6 mins and then another agent Sindy says Door to Door orders now take 4-6 working days but on the app it still says 3-5 working days... That time I paid for a delivery ranging for a 3-5 day period. I am beyond annoyed. The service here is TERRIBLE!
