Absolutely pathetic service from Mr Price, I placed my order on the 14th of December and today it's the 21st with no order. Mind you I chose door to door delivery which is meant to take 1-3 days. I tried logging back in to check my order status but it kept showing me invalid. Then I tried changing my password and it said error. Absolutely annoyed! Then while holding for 13 minutes on the phone I found out you can track your order online without logging in through the automated speaker. So I hung up and did just that. I got even more ****ed to see my order was delayed next thing it was missorted. There is no contact number on the website which I find extremely unprofessional. I am annoyed and in future I will think twice about ordering at Mr price!
