Order not received, no communication, lies, stories, don’t want to refund me

Today is the 3rd of October from the 25th of August waiting for my order from Mr price. Called multiple times and only been told that the order is with the couriers and they should deliver tomorrow. Tell me, why do you people do this to us? The last call i made they said they will deliver yesterday which they didn’t. They keep on saying the same thing over and over just to calm your ass down. I’m so disappointed. You definitely lost s customer.
