Order not processed after paying - *******!!

I am literally disgusted in Mr Price. I have been trying since April to get my online order. They literally go in circles sayin we haven't received payment, send proof of payment, no we can't use bank statement as proof, send proof of payment and so it goes on. They refuse to send a landline number for me to call them after many requests to do so. They are *******! I did an online order 19April19, Express Collect and paid via Visa Debit/Credit card, after entering OTP it said successful and stated order is on its way. I received an email saying paid and order is being processed. My bank statement showed it went off on the 24April19 effective 19April19. Mr Price will not process my order as they say they haven't received and won't look for payment until I can send proof of EFT!!????? How????
