Order not delivered by On the dot courier company

I am forced to give mr price a bad review because of them using On the dot to courier our products. After having gone through hellopeter complaints logged against on the dot and there hasn't been any business response from them makes me really reconsider buying from them again. My order has been out on delivery since yesterday and it's not delivered yet even today. I bought stuff for Father's day and they're lying around at a courier company for reasons I don't know. If they couldn't deliver yesterday, why didn't they deliver today. I'm utterly annoyed that next week I will be away and there won't be anyone to receive this order and I was told I can't change delivery address. Its not my fault nor is it my problem that they couldn't deliver within the TAT. can you please remedy this situation because even the lady I spoke to said I will receive them on Monday. Am I supposed to accept that nonsense that my order was out on delivery on 17th yet I will receive it on 21st?
