Order not delivered as advised!!
I had ordered a cellphone online and shoes for my daughter online, to my surprise I get confirmation that my order had been delivered to me this morning. I logged a query and was advised I had signed for it! The signature on the POD is not mine!! Please can this be sorted out! Why can’t proof of identification be required when such things are delivered! I am fuming!! Please give me my money back!!!
