Order not delivered after 14 days

I placed an order on the 16 July for an store economy. After 6 days I followed up on the order, non of the online customercare could really track my order. And no one came back to me with feedback and as to when I will receive my item till this morning when I received an email that said they will refund me because my order was sent back to the warehouse.<br> <br> I don't want to be refunded, I want that jacket i bought.<br> <br> this is unacceptable. I've been following up on my order for the past 2 weeks and now they are coming back to tell me this? Why is Mr Price offering economy delivery if they cannot deliver?<br> <br> This is by far the most poor service that I ever experience.<br> <br> I want the item I ordered, I cannot wait for delivery for so long and be told that I will get a refund.<br> <br> I need a confirmation as to when my order will be delivered. I expect a call from Mr Price or I will be taking the matter further.<br> <br> <br>
