Order not delivered
Went online shopping at mrp.com on the 27th of November and choose the express option for delivery which according to their website takes 1-3 days. Today it's the 9th of December and I still don't have my order, according to my order status my order was shipped on the 1st of December. Everyone I have contacted regarding this matter has not done what they promised to do. I know for a fact that It’s the seller’s (Mr Price) legal responsibility to make sure my parcel is delivered to me. They should chase the delivery company and let me know what’s happened to my order but im the one going out of my way to follow this matter as they do NOTHING!
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
