Order never received

I ordered my item at MRP on the 14 of January 2021 with ref number ***. The items were supposed to be delivered on the 25th of January. I received an email on the 26th that my items have been deleivered. I was surprised because i never got the items. I sent an email trying to track my order and also trying to alert MR PRICE SPORT that i havent received my item. I called several times being sent from pillar to post, after some time there was some one who said they were going to check on my case. A lady by the name Sithembile said she was gonna log a query for me and get back to me. Up until today no one has ever given me response. Today its the 19th of February i dont know whats going on. I feel like i have been ****med by MRP.

This i the message i got when i tried to query on the WhatsApp number for MRP

"Sithembile has logged an investigation with the courier, your reference number is CRSE70C35, she will provide you with feedback once received."

I received this message on the 4th of February, i am not sure if she hasnt gotten any feedback yet looking at the time i have been waited. I cant even request for refund because there is no option for that.
