Order never received

I placed an order for my newborn on the 4th April 2022 and my order was supposed to arrive on the 11th. I sent numerous emails to try and find out what was the delay with my order and i have been ignored. Instead they send me a statement on how much i owe on my clothing account but the order was never received.

Till today there has been no communication from Mr Price, all i get is excuses about the flooding and auto reply emails. This is totally unacceptable. I want to cancel this order because the clothes wont fit my child anyway.

Mr Price i have been shopping with u for years and im extremely disappointed in the service ive received.
