Order Marked as Delivered But I Received Nothing – No Calls, No Resolution!

The order tracking shows the items were “delivered” and signed .

I do NOT know this person, and I never authorized anyone to sign for my parcel.

The courier NEVER called me before delivery.

Normally, they call to confirm the location.

This time, nothing.

I tried contacting Mr Price support, but there is still no clear resolution.

M24 Logistics apparently handed my parcel to Courier IT — and somehow it was marked delivered without any communication.

This is unacceptable because I spent my money, and the system is showing a delivery that never happened.
