order gets cancelled due to incompetence!

ordered my wife a small gift online with Mr Price 8th Nov 2022. the next day I got a call from a courier company confirming my address, your order will be delivered in 1-2 days . 1 week later nothing has been delivered , so I call Mr Price call centre only to be told you address is wrong - HOW IS POSSIBLE ITS MY ADDRESS ??, but somebody will contact you - nobody contacted me another week still no parcel received - so I contacted the call centre again - your order has now been cancelled you will receive a refund - extremely rude call centre agent so my order gets cancelled due to incompetence! and I'm still waiting for my refund. I'm I now suppose to chase Mr Price ??? service delivery in this country ........................
