Order Enquiry IVR Sucks!

So I am not happy with the contact numbers being communicated to make contact with Mr Price for any particular reason firstly there IVR system sucks you press 1 you press 2 for the relevant department you email service@mrpg,com and no response. I was holding for 18minutes after dialing all the numbers available no help. Fix this so your calls can be routed or check in with your IT development team as your call routing system is not working or does everyone finish at 4pm?

I placed an order and online 05th Apr 2019 cannot track it even after putting in the tracking number I couldn't get hold of the order there was no deduction from my credit so what does that mean there is no order or nothing was placed even after I received a tracking number?
