Order Collected by GHOST or ****** by Mr Price employee!!!!!!

I made an online purchase on the 26th of January and I just received an emails stating ‘Order has been Collected’ then a minute later received an email stating ‘Ready for Store Pick Up’. How can I have picked up my order while I’m at work? How did they verify and release my order without my order number????? Please investigate and call me urgently as I am planning to collect my order tomorrow from Westgate Mall. How can I receive an email stating ‘Ready for Store Pick Up’ when order is already collected????.
