Order cancelled with know valid reason

This must be the lowest thing iv come across, i ordered a shoe online paid everything, when the order was supposed to be shipped i got a message stating the order is cancelled, just like that its cancelled without an explanation nothing, no refund no communication just pure cancellation from Mr Price, im extremly angry at this point order was *** can get an explanation Mr Price
