Order

Good afternoon I am so disappointed the service that I get in Mr price mall of Tembisa on 30 November I went to the store to collect my orders but the is one that I didn't get it , the cashier told me that she can't find my order,I must keep on coming check my order even if I tell her that my order is ready for collection. But today at 15:30 I just get the email that says my order has been collected when I call the store they didn't answer the phone
