Opening accounts without checking if the information is correct, they don't even varify employment

Someone used my details to open an account with Mr price, so they approve accounts without even varifying employment. I found out about this account in April and contacted Mr price and was told to send an email with my Id and avidavid stating that I was not the one who opened the account, I did that and never got a response from them since April. I tried calling thier customer care and you will hold for not less than 30 minutes. Now I get messages telling me about paying off my account.
