Only part order received.... No feedback on the rest of the delivery?

I placed an order 1 June 2020, as a gift for my daughter. The amount was deducted from my husband's a account(I have a 2nd card). Then the delivery comes and only 2 of the items ordered got delivered. The service received has been absolutely pathetic to say the least!!!! My husband has called on several occasions and nobody bothers to answer the phones....he's also emailed....and guess what...nobody responds. I would appreciate and immediate response as to where the rest of the order is...order ref ***....then to top this all off...when I log onto the acc the order history has been cleared. I can guarantee you that we will never make use if your delivery service again!!!! In fact we will be closing off our account as we cannot deal with people who have no value for client service. Also, you are now charging interest for this amount, when the item has not been delivered, as it was meant to. I would like the items to be delivered soonest and any interest charged against this amount to be refunded, and only charged from the day we actually get the items
