There is an impossible policy rule of exchanging goods from customers when they are not Account holders regardless of having an invoice/receipt. They claim this is a ***** prevention policy. The truth, it is just a scheme to make it difficult for the customers who buy goods as a gift for another. You are stuck with wrong size unless you get hold of the account holder to go exchange it for you.
