Onlinr order

I made an online order at Mr price monday the 25 of April the orders status was vhanged to shipped onthe 27th and since then there has been no change on the status, delivery suppose to be 2-5 work days in my understamding suppose the items were delivered atleast today but there has been no chamge at all, i called their online enquiry number yesterday the lady that was assisting me said she will escalate to the couriet then get back to me with an email I have not received any email. Reason I went thought with the order bcz the estimated delivery date was working out for me as Im leaving for work trip sunday morning. Im frastrated
