ONLINE VS STORE UNRIABLE

I am so disappointed in mr price on Saturday I went to they app to look at things I can buy saw this amazing bag and I searched on which store has it and to my surprise Germiston golden walk had the bag so Sunday after work I went, when they checked the bag it was still in they stock room I was told that they will call me in the morning the next day we'll they did not I went on my lunch time and I was told still the bag was not on the floor I stood there close to 30 min of my lunch thinking they can get it wen I saw that nothing is happening I then told the lady I was leaving she told me she will try call later on but nothing I really needed that bag and now I fell as though I just wasted my time as I could have looked for something else where. Sku no is *** please find out y I can't get this while I can see they have it.
