ONLINE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I placed an online order yesterday, checked and there were 2 orders showing on the order screen</p> <p>The address is also incorrect, i received NO email confirmation once again like the previous order i placed!. I had an online chat session with Reagan who has now informed me that he will cancel one order and process the other but tomorrow will then count as the first working day and he cant change the address as yet. This is unacceptable because i placed this order yesterday. Then in two days time i get an email to say there is no stock! this is not the first time this is happening, its extremely frustrating!!! </p>
