Online Store to Store orders suck!

<p>I ordered shoes on the 10th of May. Store to store and I am still waiting. The store it has been shipped to does not even have the package. When I phoned the courier last week they said that they do not have the package. I phoned Mr Price customer service just now. They will get back to me because the courier company said that the package is at the store. But I sent someone to pick it up and the store said it's not there???? How does this work? This is not the first time I had trouble with online orders. They should seriousely sort out their ****!!!!!!!</p>
