Online shopping with Mr Price

I ordered things online LAST YEAR (2019, October) and I waited for them for over 2 months. I kept emailing and all I was told was to check my post, until January when they told me they have cancelled my order and they will refund me. Fast forward, I only received the items amount, but not the fee for delivery. I have been in contact with them via Twitter DMs and back and forth with them telling me “it’ll reflect in .... days” then weeks go by and still NOTHING. Last week they said it would reflect by 5/7 working days, it’s been over that now and NOTHING. Honestly this is one of the worst experiences I have had with them and I’m so displeased. So much back and forth from a big company for what’s rightfully mine. I’m really exasperated.
