Online Shopping..... Still waiting

<p>Good day, My Order number is: ********** 34216</p> <p>Mr price says that using Online shopping is faster, quicker and better, but in my case its not its, tiring, stressfull and dissapointing!, i have ordered online a few times and its always delayed or i must wait a while longer, I ordered a dress on monday and followed up today just to be told that theres a mess up at the warehouse, you helpdesk agent, that isnt helpful at all says i can claim my delivery charge back, what am i supposed to do with R35, all i want is my order and i would like it to be delivered TODAY please!!</p>
