Online shopping - poor delivery

Must I even give a star? How pathetic can one plase be...bought online on the 28 of Desember and package should have arrived at the 7th.

On their website it says 5 - 8 days for click and collect. I am now at day 12 and havent received anything.

Followed up yesterday said package would arrive today, followed up during the day said I would get my package before 5 - still nothing.

Really bad bad service! It is sad because online shopping is the "in thing" these days and now it is a waste to buy at mrp
