Online Shopping Pathetic
Made 3 online purchases, first 2 were somehow "cancelled"on the system, yet debit still went through bank account. Was told on Thursday last week that refund would take 24 - 48 hours to be reversed. Ha, now im told 5 - 7'working days. So I must sit and wait for over a week to have my own money returned to me. Pathetic service......
