Online Shopping Nightmare!
I am so tired of fighting with the Mr Price cashiers and till Supervisors over the same thing, another online exchange that went wrong an ended with me having to pay in a difference on the exact same item all I wanted was just a size exchange. I am really disappointed in Mr Price, and this has officially put me off from purchasing online again since you can't do instore exchanges without having to be charged again for the same item, this is so frustrating. I feel the exchange terms and conditions is either not made clear enough to the staff or they are clueless on the Consumer Protection Act! I do not have these kinds of issues at any other store except Mr Price.

I purchased a flare leg jogger did not inspect it as I felt that should not be the case when you shop, only to my surprise to see such poor manufacturing stitching and some parts of the fabric was overlapping onto the outside making it look really terrible. This is not the first time I bought an item that was poorly made and for the cost of these items it's pathetic to think there is no form of quality control, like seriously, who allows such badly made garments to leave the manufacturing floor. Surely someone needs to check before just sending it out. I am just very disappointed with Mr Price and their lack of customer care and quality control. This has officially become my least favourite place to shop at.
