Online shopping never agian

I ordered 3 light fittings online on 13th September and still to date have not received my order. I have sent several emails through the online website as well as called the customer support line and still have had no joy. I received an sms stating the order status had changed to delivered and yet I had received no goods. Such a terrible first experience with Mr Price online shopping. Very disappointed. SA complete inconvenience and hassle with trying to find my order.
