Online Shopping - Mr Price

I have received 2 gift cards from Mr Price and tried using them while online shopping both on the app and online. Despite the voucher stating that I can use it online and on the app, I was unsuccessful in my purchases. I contacted the call centre only to be told that I should find an alternative payment method or shop in store because only e-vouchers can be used for online shopping. I asked to transfer my gift cards to an e-voucher and was told it’s not possible. Not a very helpful response.

My gift card clearly states that it can be used in store, online and on the app. This means I should be able to do so.

Very disappointing service.
