Online shopping issues

I ordered an online order *** money was deducted but never received the confirmation email. I contacted mr price they said finance will allocate the money and then they will place my order. Still haven’t received any feedback from you. This is ridiculous!!!!

Your online order buy one get one free is also a big misunderstanding no where does it say you have to bag the item to get the item for free. I ordered brief for my son order *** when i phoned I was told they cannot add the free item or give instructions to the person packing my items to add the free item. I want the free item because i have paid for it and as per my statement no where on your website state add the free item to the cart.
