Online shopping is terrible
<p>Purchased items online, items all showed available. Received a mail that 1 item was no longer available! How is this possible if it shows as available!!!! Promised that I will get a credit note for item not delivered. Logged a call on the website for outstanding credit note, 1 week gone no response. Worst online shopping experience yet.</p>
