ONLINE Shopping failure

I have made use of the MRP mobile app to order clothing. I have after more than 48hours after the payment reflecting off my account, I phoned to enquire seeing as I have not received an order number to track my order. Still they advise that I have to send through the proof of payment and wait another 48hours for feedback... So much for quick and easy online shopping!!!
