Online shopping disaster

I bought clothes online on 27 Jan and was sent a message on the 29th that my order was shipped. Till this day the status of my order remains unchanged and the expected date for collection has passed. I went on their WhatsApp to enquire and was given different answers. My first time buying online and I regret it.
