Online shopping

I have since made an order on the 11th November 2021 then on the 16th of November the status of shipment changed to SHIPPED. Up until today I have been waiting for my order I have written emails but received no response at all. I have called them numerous times and they promised to get back to me, but that did not happen. I called again and they told me that the order is still at the warehouse and people who are responsible for my order are on leave and I will have to wait until then. This is a very traumatic, tiring and inconveniencing situation i have ever experienced. Mr Price is very bad when it comes to online shopping and delivering. I want my money back coz I have lost interest in the shoes as it has been long overdue.
