Online Shopping Bad Service

I have been in contact with your *********** agents regarding my order. I have been sent from pillar to post been promised call backs etc by Christy and Zamaswazi to no avail. Christy was even worse she couldn't give me her manager's name after I asked for something as simple as the name of the person she reports to. The service is appalling there is no management available to handle query. I want my money back I cannot spend another minute speaking to your pathetic agents and the non existence management.
