Online shopping

I placed an order online and the incorrect size was sent on one of the clothing items. Now I need to go in-store to exchange/refund. My Mrprice doesn not have this item, so now I need to travel to a different town to exchange the item. Mind you we pay a delivery fee for online orders, so now I still need to go in-store. I avoid going in-store because every store I have ever been to has extremely rude staff
