Online shopping at Mr Price- bad service

I made an online purchase on the 31st of December 2018. I chose the 1-3days delivery option and made a direct edt payment. The money was taken from my account the same say, that in fact is no problem. So its the 3rd pf January 2019 and I phoned the call centre as well as the courier company......all in vain. The mrp call centre is absolutely useless. The lady (Noma) said that the actual delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. My problem is IF DELIVERY TIME IS ACTUALLY 3-5 WORKING DAYS WHY ON EARTH GIVE CLIENTS THREE OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM . THAT IS TOTALLY STUPID. THEY DON'T WAIT 5 DAYS TO DEDUCT THE MONEY YET AS CUSTOMERS WE MUST JUST DEAL WITH IT. I WILL NEVER USE THE ONLINE PURCHASE OPTION AND WILL DEFINITELY WRITE A ONE STAR REVIEW ON FACEBOOK. TO TOP IT ALL....THE CALL CENTER AGENT COULD NOT WAIT TO PUT THE PHONE DOWN. PATHETIC SERVICE INDEED.
