online service delivery is poor

Price online purchases delivery disgust me Purchased 3 online purchases individually of which all of them was billed for but when I logged onto my profile to look for my orders only 2 was booked and received....had to complain to them via the chat on my profile but no response,then I tried facebook had to wait a whole hour for a response and was told to collect the 1 order on the 29th Dec since the orders were later then expected no later then the 27th... went to the shop for nothing as I wanted both orders as I received 1 already and was then told it hasnt been received....no man its totally unacceptable!!!!! Went again today and yet again I had to wait cos there was a mix up with other orders!!!!!!when we got home the jeans was DIRTY!!!!
