Online sale item purchase canceled with NO EXPLANATION!!!! I WANT MY BOOT!o

While browsing on the Mr Price app on the 12/03/2022 I came across a high leg boot on sale for R50. The original price was R349. I placed my order and everything went through. My account was debited for R60 because I used the click and collect option and was advised that I would be able to collect my purchase on Friday 18/03/2022. On the 15/03/2022 I received an email to say my order was canceled with absolutely no explanation. I haven't been contacted since. I want the boot I purchased!
