Online sale.

Bought shoes online on the 11th of February 2021, today is the 17th of March 2021 and I still have not received them. Numerous chats with customer care and escalating the sale and still nothing. Have now asked for a refund and guess what still waiting for that to. Then I need to send them proof of payment. Will never purchase anything from them again. Your customer service is pathetic.
