Online requests not responded too

I have written multiple mails to mr price regarding their online order process which doesnt seem to be assisting clients. So when looking an item online and theres no stock you can look of it's at the store closest to you. That option doesnt work though. I've contacted them so many times to no avail. I would really like some assistance somehow ir any contact at least please
