Online Refund complaint!!Not received!!
I am utterly disgusted my Mr Price's Online service including that Agents and chat service! I am still waiting for my Online order refund of R1480 I have sent my bank account details to Clancy Chetty and was told it was apparently processed by the Finance team on the 22nd December with the *** but until today I didn't receive my money back!! and now while I'm chatting to Nomah on the chat page I am told the Finance team is off on leave until the 4th so they can't do anything until then! what BS service is this!?
