Can someone from your accounts team please reinstate my delivery fee as my parcel was only released from your warehouse yesterday and I paid for express delivery on Saturday 17.08.2019. I fopllowed up with the courier who says they only received the parcel yesterday and will only be delivering tomorrow. I paid for services which I have not received and expect a full refund.
