Online purchases

I am extremely disappointed with my recent Mr Price online order experience. It has taken a full week for just two items to be delivered for store collection. This is a local retailer why does it feel like I’m waiting for an international shipment?

I have never had to wait this long for a local store order. It honestly makes no sense. Other retailers have proven that better service is possible. Bash delivers efficiently and keeps customers updated, and even SHEIN which ships internationally often manages to deliver within a similar timeframe or faster.

Mr Price needs to seriously review its online fulfilment and logistics process. A week for two basic items to reach a store is unacceptable in 2026. Customers expect better, especially when there are so many alternatives available.

Very disappointed.
